MAINTENANCE
CLEANING:
Routinecleaningofyourtreadmillwillextendtheproduct'slife.
• Warning:Topreventelectricalshock,besurethepowertothetreadmillisOFFandthepowercordisunplugged
fromthewallelectricaloutletbeforeattemptinganycleaningormaintenance.
• Important:Neveruseabrasivesorsolventstocleanthetreadmill.Topreventdamagetothecomputer,keep
liquidsawayandkeepitoutofdirectsunlight.
• Aftereachworkout:Wipeofftheconsoleandothertreadmillsurfaceswithaclean,waterdampenedsoftcloth
toremoveexcessperspiration.
• Weekly:Useofatreadmillmatisrecommendedforeaseofcleaning.Dirtfromyourshoescontactsthebeltand
eventuallymakesittounderneaththetreadmill.Vacuumunderneathtreadmillonceaweek.
DECKLUBRICATION:
Thewalkingbelthasbeenpre‐lubricatedatthefactory.However,itisrecommendedthatthewalkingboardbechecked
periodicallyforlubricationtoensureoptimaltreadmillperformance.Yourtreadmillshouldnothavetobelubricated
usuallywithinthefirstyearor500hoursofuse.
Every30daysor30hoursofoperationliftthesidesofthewalkingbeltandfeelthetopsurfaceofthewalkingboard asfar
asyoucanreach.Ifyoufeelsignsofsilicone,nofurtherlubricationisrequired.Ifitfeelsdrytothetouch,followthe
instructionsbelow.Pleaseuseanon‐petroleumbasedsilicone.
Toapplylubricanttothewalkingbelt:
1. Positionthewalkingbeltsothattheseamislocatedontopandincenterofthewalkingboard.
2. Insertthespraynozzleintothesprayheadofthelubricantcan.
3. Whileliftingthesideofthewalkingbelt,positionthespraynozzlebetweenthewalkingbeltandtheboard
approximately6"fromthefrontofthetreadmill.Applythesiliconespraytothewalkingboard,moving fromthe
frontofthetreadmilltotherear.Repeatthisontheothersideofthebelt.Sprayapproximately4secondson
eachside.
4. Allowthesiliconeto"set"for1minutebeforeusingthetreadmill.
